View and Modify Library Messages and Requests

You can view library messages and requests from My Account.

1. Click Review My Account.
2. Log in, if required.
3. Click Requests/Library Messages.
4. View library messages and summary request information, or click View or Details to see all available information about a request.
5. Click Modify to change a request, then click Edit Request to send the changed message to the library.

If you haven't already logged in, you may be prompted to log in to the e-library when you attempt to change information in My Account. This login is only valid for the current transaction.
